Meal Planning for 80 Day Obsession

Today was another day of reviewing the meal plan for 80 Day Obsession and scheduling out my meals for next week when the program really kicks off. This meal plan is very specific on what to eat and when to eat, while at the same time making it quite simple through the use of the 21 Day Fix boxes. The boxes are color coded and tell you how much to eat of each macronutrient - carbs, proteins, greens, etc. They look something like this:

Easy enough, right? It was also time for another prep workout, which was the cardio workout from A Little Obsessed. Today was extra fun, because it's Saturday and I didn't have to do my workout at 5:30 in the morning! Plus, I had a handsome workout buddy. This kid pushes me for sure!



Tomorrow the actual meal prep begins. The Instant Pot awaits!
