Monday is the day!
Here we go! Monday kicks of 80 Day Obsession, the newest workout program I want to complete. My before pics have been taken (not sharing yet!), the sliders, loops and dumbbells are ready, the workout space in the basement awaits and the supplements are stocked.
It's been a while since I've followed a whole at-home program from beginning to end, following the meal plan to a T, so I expect this to be a challenge. I'm part of an awesome challenge group that will push me and hold me accountable. I also plan to use this blog to keep me on track, and to share my trials and tribulations.
